Major car companies and parts manufacturers rely on ETC’s drive-in test chamber to test how products hold up under extreme environmental conditions. Manufacturers use this fully-automated equipment within their own facilities while a tool known as a dynamometer operates their product by, for instance, revving the engine or spinning the wheels. The chamber simulates real-world conditions, including the full range of air and road temperatures, wind speeds and humidity levels.
 
The chamber can fully soak a vehicle while running a variety of other tests simultaneously. Constructed of modular, Cam-Lock panels, the drive-in vehicle test chamber is rugged and designed to expand and contract in response to the stresses of extreme conditions. The chamber features a user-friendly Windows-based control system with NI LabView Software.
