Mini MASTER GN532 is a brand new device from the Mini MASTER Series family. System designed especially for solar cells edge isolation applying ultra short pulse laser micromachining process.
Research shows that solar cells edge isolation can increase efficiency of cells up to 25% and laser scribing is the key technology for the process. Ultra short pulses ensure minimal heat affected zone and sufficient machining speed when compared with conventional material etching technologies.

Laser edge isolation system Mini MASTER GN532 is equipped with the newest Baltic Series high power nanosecond laser source with second harmonic generator. State of the art beam delivery optics combined with fast and precise galvo-scanner ensures high processing speed while keeping tens of micrometers accuracy. The system is semi - automated and the whole micromachining process can be controlled only by sliding door. This enables Mini MASTER GN532 to be useful not only for R&D purposes, but also for small batch production. An ergonomic design and Class 1 laser safety of the standalone workstation ensures a safe and comfortable working experience for user of Mini MASTER.
